Challenge

Pipe Specifications. Upon receiving a total of 8742 pre-spooled piping circuits from a fabricator for a large construction project, our client realized that the piping did not meet the licensor specifications for fabrication and process.

Solution

Paradigm designed, built, and manufactured specialized inspection and robotic tooling and equipment to inspect, field machine and validate piping. Under a very tight schedule, Paradigm delivered innovative solutions to validate pipe spools and keep the plant construction project schedule ahead of the project completion date.
